Description
House is all built from natural materials: stone, iron, wood, glass. Architecture is a nice combination of old and new with traditional touch, which nicely fits into the environment.
The interior:
The restaurant is built by stone, like old big cellar. Special space where small groups can taste wine and domestic ham. Big modern kitchen with all equiptment. Large outdoor terrace.
For organization of various celebrations the guests can choose exterior and interior part of restaurant or combination of both. The House of special sort offers different possibilities of families and business anniversaries, lunches, dinners…It is ideal also for organization unforgettable weddings. It is possibily to organize the weddings from 50 to 100 weddings guests.
There is also large space, which serves as a place for business meetings, seminars, team-buildings or in the morning a dining room for guests who are on the vacations in the House.
Some of guests prefer to prepare their own breacfasts or other meals in the apartments of the House. They can use also the vegetables from the garden infront of the house.
Apartments and rooms, the level of 4 stars are decorated in 4 different colors of 4 flowers from the local area ( blu Chicory, green Rosemary, pink Lilac and white Lilly of the valley). Sleeping facilities are very spacious, all equiptment is beautiful, made to order from natural materials, very confortable beds with nice materials of sheets.
There is also air conditon and interneExteriort in the rooms and apartments.
Big parking, pond, garden, children playground, big playgroung 100 m away and beautiful retaining walls built of old stones on traditional way in the surrounding of House.

The branica valley offer conditions for growing ecological fruit, vegetables, meat and integrated production of exellent wines. The products of the ecological farm use in the restaurant of house of special sort. The exellent cooker- chef of kitchen prepare very tasteful, delicious meals on the traditional and healthy way. The guests from different parts of the world really enjoy in his meals.

Water natural resources:
In front of the house (near the house) is already drilled hole deep 90 m to a depth and they found water. This water was given to the analysis. It was found exellent result: water is eccellent to drink. T
The house has its own cleaning plant.
From a drilled hole water is pumped for the needs of the heat pump.
Sanitary water is heated by solar panels, the ground floor and the 1st floor are heated by the heat pump using the air-air system, the restaurant is heated by the heat pump using the water-water system.
The surroundings of the house are under video surveillance.
