About the project
We are building a residential Green neighborhood on the outskirts of Stražunsko gozd. In this area, it will represent the newest, modernly designed and architecturally perfect neighborhood with a high quality of living in the urban environment of the city on one side and the city forest on the other.
The emphasis and added value for the resident is on comfort, outdoor areas and low-energy buildings. We will achieve this with quality design, modern materials and almost passive construction. The building envisages five towers connected to an underground garage. All stationary traffic for residents is therefore planned in the garage, and outdoor parking spaces are planned for guests. Large elevators will offer convenient connections to apartments in each tower. The floor plans of the buildings and apartments are designed functionally and modernly, the essential advantage is the small size of the buildings and the privacy of the residents.
Apartments on the ground floor will have atria, which will be partially roofed, while apartments on the higher floors will have functional and spacious balconies. On the last floor, we will offer larger apartments with approx. 50 m2 large terraces and the best view.
