Project with obtained and valid building permit of 23 764 m2, for investment, for the construction of a residential complex of single-family houses. A permit was obtained for the construction of communal infrastructure, for the construction of the first 27 houses, and a municipal fee for 27 blocks was paid.

The entire complex will be located between two local roads in the south-west and north-west, and in the north it will be bounded by the Kamnitsa stream.
