Located centrally on the ski slopes of Kopaonik, the most exclusive ski resort in the Balkan Peninsula, It's great and exclusive geographical location means that it is only 292KM from Belgrade and 278KM from Podgorica Montenegro.
The house is separated into 6 apartments which all have separate amenities meaning each have separate electricity and water connections and each apartment has its own separate entrance own kitchen, bathroom and own drying room for ski equipment. All apartments are finished in stylish alpine interior design.
The villa was built in 2001 and adhered to strict building regulations. The ski season lasts from 19th December until the 20th April depending on weather conditions and being next to the main slopes, our guests do not have to travel to be able to ski but just put their skis on and off they go and the same goes for when you come back from skiing. Kopaonik comprises of 24 ski lifts and is the biggest ski centre in central Europe.
