In may of 2016 in Romania was issued 3707 building permits. This is 0.9% less than in april of this year and 1.5% more than in may of2015. Such data gives the national statistics Institute (INS).
In the Q1 developers receives 14 724 permission, that is 3.8% more than in the Q1 of 2015.
The increase in the number of permits is observed in the following regions:
The West (+231);
North-West (+190);
North East (+84);
Center (+72);
South West (+53);
The South (+22).
In some regions of Romania the number of licenses was reduced:
Bucharest (-92);
South-East (-21).
