Description

The land is situated in Eforie Nord,and it is the second largest resort of Romanian seaside
(Blak Sea). Situated at about 12 km to Constanta City (Port of Constanza)
and 40 km. form Bulgaria, 105 km. Varna (aeroport). The Eforie Nord resort have
FIRST wide opening to the sea and a cliff whose altitude reaches even 30 meters, the beach has about 4 km length, and its width abt. 400-500 meters SECOND the fomous balneological lake Techirghiol (famous Techirghiol sanatorium and other modern clinics) On the pictures below you can see on the right the Black Sea and on the left the Lake.
In the center of the pictures you can see the modern treatment center of Eforie Nord resort are Ana Aslan health Spa, our land is situated just on the back side of the this Hotel. The land has about the same distance to the bearch and to the lake (ab.400-450 m). Due to this combination of the sea beach and balneological lake the flow of the foreign tourists in Eforie Nord more than in any other maritime city on the coast.
Near the small lake in the center of the pictures there is the aqua park. The land is ab. 800 m2 with all comunications (electrical and water communication). The owner of Company (Romrus turist SRL) I am the administrator. We are 4 founders, 2 romanian and 2 russians. We have no depts to the state, all taxes paid. The land is clean, without buildings.
