Description
The project
Loureiro is an agrotourism farm wich project is approved by the City Planning Department of Sines
with 430m2 of construction area in a total of 8 accommodations and which is also feasible to
expand another 160 m2 for an additional housing and an additional 160 m2 for agricultural support (
total building area = 750 m2).
The plot is located in Porto Covo in a privileged location of the Alentejo coast 3 minutes from the
beach and comprises various agricultural and cork oak plots totaling 80,000m2. The project is
differentiated by the buildings reconstructed in mud according to ancestral methods.
Available Infrastructures
Well with water all year round. Water in compliance with legal parameters for human consumption
and irrigation.
Electricity branch implemented on site with connected technical wall. Three phase power available
(41.4 kVA).
