The building consists of 3 floors above the threshold level to its largest extent, 4 floors above the threshold level in the drawer and 1 floor below the threshold level for parking and storage. Building with elevator, two accesses to the interior of the building, one through Rua 1o de Maio and another through Rua dos Polacos, a pedestrian access to the street (garden, common area) and access ramp to the garage through Rua dos Polacos.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood with one-way streets and public parking. The region is typically residential and in a privileged situation as it is a 3-minute walk from the metro station and close to a diverse range of services, from supermarkets to primary and secondary schools (which are 9 minutes away on foot). The situation becomes even more privileged as it is close to the main tourist area of the city of Gaia and Porto, close to the Douro River.
