The rooms have their own exit to a terrace. A corridor leads to a small kitchenette.
In the Quinta is another living room, which is now used as atelier and office with a nice fireplace and wooden French doors to the terraces.
Attached to the Quinta is the Capela, the 4th separate double bedroom with own entrance and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, double marble washbasins, toilet and bidet. This bedroom also gives access through wooden French doors to a lovely sitting area outside. The double front doors are originally from a cloister.
In the basement of the main house you find the machine room for the water supply, irrigation, under floor heating/cooling system etc. There is a storage room and a large open multifunctional space.
The house has warm water from solar panels and has under floor heating and cooling, air conditioning, has its own borehole and several water tanks. The villa has roman roof tiles, in-/outside doors and windows made from hardwood with double glazing.
