The concept behind L'AND: a contemporary reinterpretation of the ancient Mediterranean village, using a symbiotic indoor/outdoor relationship with the option of customizing interior design, outdoor landscape and the environment, within the context of vineyards and wine.
The L'AND Villas have private vineyards allowing their owner to produce custom wine at the wine club with the support of a winemaker. The Villas can also be integrated into a rental program and offer owners and guests access to all the amenities and services of the L'AND resorts.
Offering a unique rural experience in an exclusive and contemporary setting, L'AND Vineyards emerges through vineyards, olive groves and a lake. With about 66 hectares, the project is organized into seven clusters, comprising 145 units and a central area containing the resort's tourist services.
