About the project
The Tomaszewicz company dates back to 1985. when it started to implement the first construction and installation order. In 2015, the company celebrates its 30th anniversary in the construction market. Initially, these were investments related to construction installations, and in 1994, the construction of turnkey apartments began, eg on ul. Markiewicza in Świnoujście, or a housing estate at ul. Kleberg-Berling for TBS. In 2000, the company was transformed into a developer. Since then, a residential building has been built at Monte Cassino Street, and two apartment buildings at ul. Chrobrego and another one at ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej in Świnoujście and residential Glinki-350 apartments in a quiet and picturesque area with a view of Lake Dąbie. Currently, work is underway on the next stage of the Glinki estate. What do we offer?
