About the project
Zajezdnia Wrzeszcz, a phased investment of residential buildings, is located in the northern part of Gdańsk.
Location
The investment is located between Bolesława Chrobrego, Grudziądzka and Generała Józefa Hallera streets, on the border of the Gdańsk districts of Wrzeszcz and Zaspa. The area is well connected with the rest of the city, it is characterized by low buildings and has a developed commercial, service, educational and recreational infrastructure.
The vicinity of the investment
Near the estate there are pharmacies, doctor's offices, restaurants, LuxMed medical center, Copernicus hospital, churches, art and sports schools, a Polish Post office, Chrobry Trade Center (450 meters), Galeria Zaspa (1.2 kilometers), Galeria Bałtycka ( 2.2 kilometers), Lechia Gdańsk Stadium with an entertainment center (2.6 kilometers). The surrounding green areas include the Millenium Park in Gdańsk and the John Paul II Park. The estate is located about 2.5 kilometers away from the beach in Brzeźno and the Westerplatte museum. There are grocery stores Biedronka and Żabka in the immediate vicinity of the investment, a Lidl supermarket is 750 meters away. The nearest housing estates and educational centers are the Nursery Akademia Malucha (350 meters), the Gedania 1922 kindergarten (450 meters), the CreoGedania primary school (750 meters), the Kraina Malucha kindergarten and nursery, and the primary school No. 48 (900 meters).
Architecture
The buildings of the estate vary in height - from 5 to 11 floors, some of them are cascaded, they were built from a simple block in a modernist style, and irregular layouts were also used. Plaster, finishing panels and bricks were used in the elevations; the color of the finish is subdued. Steel and glass balcony railings were made. Some of the buildings provide space for commercial and service premises on the ground floor.
Infrastructure of the estate
The investment is protected and monitored, and it is adapted to the needs of the disabled. Some buildings have a lobby with a reception desk. The residents have access to common green areas with elements of small architecture, an internal gym, playgrounds for children, infrastructure for cyclists (paths, stands, repair points), storage rooms, underground and ground parking spaces. The buildings are equipped with silent elevators.
Communication
Near the estate, there are communication arteries, such as Aleja Generała Józefa Hallera, Kliniczna junction, aleja Maciej Płażyńskiego. The center of Gdańsk can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. There are tram stops 350 meters away, bus stops are located close to 750 meters from the investment.
About apartments
The housing estates have an area of 30 to 115 square meters and have one to five rooms. They are equipped with a smart home system, wooden window frames, videophones, anti-burglary entrance doors, home gardens (on the ground floor) and balconies, loggias or terraces (premises on the floors).
