Zielony Widok, a multi-stage, high-standard estate consisting of city villas, is located in the southern part of Gdańsk.
Location
The investment is located near the intersection of Lawendowe Wzgórze and Turzycowa streets, within the limits of the Gdańsk-Jasień district, in an area with modern residential buildings, basic infrastructure, surrounded by recreational areas and close to communication arteries.
The vicinity of the investment
There are doctor's offices, pharmacies, veterinary clinics, bank branches, hairdressing salons, cafes and restaurants, fitness clubs, including outdoor, Żabka grocery stores (200 meters), Lewiatan (500 meters), ABC and Biedronka (approx. kilometer), shopping malls CH Jabłoniowa (1 kilometer), CH Kowale and a Tesco supermarket (2.5 kilometers), Morski Park Handlowy (3.3 kilometers). Primary school No. 6 and kindergarten No. 68 are available in the immediate vicinity of the estate, while the "Olimpijczyk" school and kindergarten complex is located within 1.8 kilometers. The Fantazja kindergarten is 550 meters away, the Fasolka non-public kindergarten, the Misiek Zdzisiek kindergarten and the Piotruś Pan private kindergarten are located within a radius of almost 1 kilometer. Nearby green areas include the Park Przy Orlim Gnieździe and the reservoirs by the Potok Oruński Stream.
Architecture
The buildings have 3-4 floors and are made of a simple block in a minimalist style. The façades feature a combination of white plaster and finishing bricks (on the ground floor), and numerous glazing.
Infrastructure of the estate
The investment area is monitored and developed with various greenery. Relaxation zones, a playground, an outdoor gym, playgrounds for children, recreational areas, pavements, bicycle paths, repair points and bicycle stands have been built here.
