On the Polish coast of the Baltic sea will be build a new resort town, which will be called Dune City. Norwegian development company Cantus Group is the author of the project. The length of the town waterfront will be 2.5 km and the city itself will be located on 40 hectares.
Dune City should be the new center of attraction for tourists. In the town will be built a large number of hotels, inns, apartments and spacious villas. The resort will be able to accept up to 10,000 visitors at one time.
Construction work will take place during 10-15 years. The development of the project lasted 7 years. The plan of the comprehensive improvement of the territory of Dune City received a special prize at the world exhibition in Cannes.
