In 2015, such licenses have already been received by 410.
In 2015, foreign buyers purchased 3.9 hectares of land. We will remind, at the moment in Poland there are certain restrictions on the purchase of land used in agriculture. Total area of residential properties purchased by non-residents in 2015 amounted to 861 000 sq. m.
