Detailed description of the property
The complete palace renovation was finished in the 2015. The subject of the renovation were the elevation, interior and the landscape architecture around the palace. Full furnishings were reproduced based on a historical photographs of the facility. The palace can be home to several families, thanks to separate apartments with their own bathrooms, dressing rooms and living rooms. Around the palace there are numerous facilities that will provide entertainment and desired experiences. The palace has illuminations worthy of its rank. The palace has 2 elevators and apart from the main stairs the palace has a side staircase. The facility has oil heating. At level 0 there is an external terrace of 1000 m2.

The palace is surrounded by 24ha park. In the middle is a fish pond with an area of 5 hectares with 3 islands. On one of the islets is a house for swans. The pond also has a marina. Tennis court with stands. Outdoor pool (16 m x 7 m x 1.5 m). Chapel. Garage for 8 cars. Fountain. Amphitheater. The walking area around the pond is 1 km. All walking paths are 5 km. Paths have their own lighting.
Historical view
Carl Scheibler is the son of one of the greatest industrialists of the 19th century - the owner of a textile factory in Łódź. His family came from Rhineland. After working out a fortune younger Carl went for his sister Emma, settled earlier in Chwalimierz, and in nearby Kwietno built a magnificent palace.
It was built between 1891 and 1892 in the so-called Dutch Neo-Renaissance style. In Poland one of the most famous examples of this type of building is the Europejski Hotel in Warsaw, built in the early second half of the 19th century.
Style of building
The building was built in the style of the Dutch neo-renaissance. The object has a varied and complex body with rich stone facade details, many turrets, projections, bay windows, gables and arcades. The building is brick-built of rectangular brick, two-and three-storey, placed on a base of granite and basement.
