Architecture
The three-story apartment building was erected in the shape of a seal in a modernist style. The façade was finished with red brick, steel fittings and large trespas. Large glazing in the front part, metal balcony railings from the courtyard side and green roofs were made. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor.
The infrastructure of the estate
Plant arrangements were made in the green courtyard. Storage rooms, sidewalks, roadway leading to the underground parking lot and above-ground parking spaces have been designed. Two noiseless elevators have been installed in the building.
Communication
