The intimate investment of Apartamenty 29 is implemented in the northern part of Krakow.
Location
The apartment building is located at Aleja 29 Listopada 108, within the Śródmieście district, near its junction with the Prądnik Czerwony and Prądnik Biały districts. The area is characterized by an extensive commercial and service, health, sports and educational infrastructure, a well-developed network of communication arteries and the proximity of green areas. The investment is located about 4 kilometers from the very center of Krakow.
The vicinity of the investment
In the close vicinity of the investment there are numerous food outlets, squash courts, the Prądniczanka sports club, fitness clubs, tennis school, church, Poczta Polska facility, bank branches, pharmacies, medical clinics, a veterinary clinic, the Imbramowski Square market, Żabka and Lewiatan grocery stores ( right next to the building), Biedronka (450 meters), Lidl supermarket (800 meters), Tarsak Maty shopping mall (1.8 kilometers), Krokus and Serenada shopping centers as well as Multikino and Park Wodny (2 kilometers), Tadeusz Kościuszko Park, Zaczarowana Park Horse-drawn carriages and Witkowice forest park, Prądnik Valley. Nearby educational centers include the Gumisiowy Las nursery (450 meters), the Fair Play kindergarten and nursery (550 meters), the Malutkowo kindergarten (800 meters), and the primary school no. st. Wojciech, primary school No. 60, primary school No. 109 K. Makuszyński and the Secondary School Complex no. 13 (within a radius of nearly 1 kilometer).
Architecture
The three-story apartment building was erected in the shape of a seal in a modernist style. The façade was finished with red brick, steel fittings and large trespas. Large glazing in the front part, metal balcony railings from the courtyard side and green roofs were made. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor.
The infrastructure of the estate
Plant arrangements were made in the green courtyard. Storage rooms, sidewalks, roadway leading to the underground parking lot and above-ground parking spaces have been designed. Two noiseless elevators have been installed in the building.
Communication
The location of the apartment building allows quick access to national roads No. 7 and No. 79 and access by car to the very center of Krakow in about 10 minutes. There are numerous bus stops right next to the investment, the Kraków Olsza railway station is 1.5 kilometers away.
About apartments
The investment includes 30 one, two and three-room apartments ranging in size from 26 to 70 square meters. Some of the premises have balconies or terraces, private gardens belong to the apartments on the ground floor. The apartments are equipped with an intercom installation.
