Seeking to promote the development of a cultural environment that incorporates vibrant, flexible and dynamic artistic elements in architecture, NOSTRUM Obarrio was born, a project with expressive and avant-garde freedom that inspires the ideals of the new generations.
NOSTRUM rises a few steps from the Iglesia del Carmen Metro station, on Gerardo Ortega street. NOSTRUM's multipurpose environments incorporate flexible furniture solutions that allow maximizing the use of space. Technology will be integrated into the social areas and apartments, with the latest in security, accessibility and entertainment systems.

This iconic building will become the most trendy in Obarrio, thanks to its creative façade and dynamic internal spaces covered with pieces by the artist Alexander Wtges. Colors impact the mood of people. Their influence on the behavior of each individual can be conscious or unconscious and is stronger than we can think. The selection of the colors that we use in our clothing, at home, in the workplace, among others, is something that we should not underestimate, on the contrary, it requires a lot of attention and importance.
