Karsiyaka hosts a private British school, therefore has a nice combination of expats and locals alike. Just nearby is the neighbouring beautiful Lapta coastal path and the bike trail and beach clubs in Alsancak, residents have plenty to keep them busy! Furthermore, although this villa also has a private pool, it has access to a lovely gym in the neighbourhood.

The Villa
This 3 bedroom 4 bathroom villa has been kept in mint condition by its owners. The exterior of the villa features a 2 car driveway, and immediately you view the stunning pool and gardens which overlook the Mediterranean; a truly impressive first site to see!
