Following the negotiations between Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic and Sol Kerzner, founder and president of Kerzner International, it was announced that the Azerbaijani company Azmont Investments increased (from €250 million to €500 million), its share in the hotel complex One & Only in Kumbor settlement. This project will be the first high-standard hotels in Bay of Kotor in Montenegro.
Gafar Gurbanov, spokesman for Azmont Investments, told reporters that in addition to increasing the amount of investment construction time was also reduced by half - from eight to four years.
Construction will begin in the beginning of October. It will employ 500 workers. And the next year, the number of construction workers will increase to 3,000. After the completion of the construction 1,200 jobs will be created in the finished object.
Hotel complex One & Only will consist of 120 rooms, 500 suites and villas, a spa, a fitness and wellness center of 3000 square meters, a conference room, fish market, shops, restaurants and other facilities.
