Montenegro is changing. Developers plan impressive projects

Details of the construction luxury apartments on the Adriatic coast (in largest real estate projects in Montenegro: Porto Montenegro, Luštica Bay and Portonovi) have been known, ee24.com informs.

The Adriatic Marinas, which is owned by the rich people of the planet Peter Munk (Canada), Oleg Deripaska (Russia) and Nathaniel Rothschild (Switzerland), has invested €280 million in the project of Porto Montenegro in Tivat. There will be built 48 luxury apartments (from 2 to 4 bedrooms) and marina for 460 yachts.

The Luštica Development, the investor of the Luštica Bay complex on the peninsula Luštica, will put into operation 72 apartments. Else 45 apartments are planed to build in 2016, and the golf course – in 2017. Overall, there will be more 1,000 apartments and over 500 villas and townhouses on the vast territory of 680 hectares.

The Azmont Investments, investor of the Portonovi complex in Kumbor in the Bay of Kotor, filed a request for the first documents for construction – urban-technical conditions for hotels, apartments, marina and other infrastructure on the territory of 24 hectares. Investments are €500 million.
