Description
This luxurious small hotel in Perast consists of two buildings with the total area of 960m² and has 11 high-luxury different design and interiors apartments with area 36m²-98m².
The larger building comprises ground floor with the total area of 199m² (consisting of reception, office premises with a small apartment, restaurant, kitchen and laundry) and the next three floors with apartments with total area 574m² (3 apartments on the first two floors and 2 apartments on the third floor).
The small building comprises the total of four floors – ground floor and three upper floors. On the ground floor is a wellness centre with area 64m², with the hallway surface.
Each upper floor of the small building has one apartment. All three apartments have the total area 207m², which, together with the ground floor, gives the total surface of a small building of 271m².
