3. 90% upon signing the contract, 10% completion of construction - price €340,000 (with 8% discount).
4. 10% upon signing the contract, 90% to the notary's account, which are unlocked upon completion of construction - the price is 400,000 euros.
Warranty for finishing work - 5 years (standard 2 years), manufacturer's warranty for equipment and structural work - 10 years.
Completion of the construction of the villa is expected in March 2023. Readiness for occupancy with the completion of all documents is expected by the summer of 2023.
