Residential skyscraper will be completed in Monaco

The construction of a 170-meter tall Odeon Tower (Tour Odéon) is nearly over. It will be the first high-rise residential building, erected in the principality over the past decades, according to ee24.com.

Monaco is famous for its sky-high real estate prices, land is scarce there, and new construction is rare. At the same time, there are a lot of people looking to buy an apartment in Monaco. Now they will be able to move into one of the 70 luxury residences - apartments, duplexes with an area of 1200 sq.m, or five-story penthouse of over 3,000 square meters, costing hundreds of millions of euros. However, many apartments have been already sold.

Odeon Tower

Real estate in Monaco costs from €25,000, while housing in Odeon Tower is offered at price  from  €55,000 to €70,000 per sq.m. Not surprisingly, given that that luxury housing is designed, apparently, to foreigners. At least, the official site of the skyscraper is available in French, English and Russian.

49-storey tower will offer its residents a range of services. Shops, swimming pools, fitness club and spa centre will be located inside. Currently, the cladding of facades is in progress. The opening ceremony is scheduled for the second half of 2014.
