Alluvial land in Monaco will be built up of a new real estate

Monaco's Prince Albert II decided to resume plans to expand the land into the sea on the east coast of the principality. On the wave-built land will new property and gardens, reports The Monaco Times.

According to Albert II, keeping environmental sustainability is priority. It is planned that in the alluvial areas in Monaco will not be high-rise buildings.

The new project will also contribute to the growth of employment. "The new area will generate substantial government revenues and sustainability for our construction companies", explained the Prince Albert.

Innovative project development could potentially occur in the region between the area Larvotto between Portier and the Grimaldi Forum. The previous expansion project of Fontvieille was rejected in 2008 because of high cost, said the Prince.

Monaco is the most populous country in the world: the two square kilometers inhabited by over 36,000 people.
