Developers believe that property prices in Luxembourg won't decrease in the near future. According to a recent survey conducted in June by the statistical office STATEC, only 27% of the builders believe that the cost of buildings construction can go down, while 63% believe in the constancy of prices, and 10% say about their upcoming growth, writes portal ee24.com.
Since July 2013, the confidence of developers in Luxembourg is on the rise and increasing each month. The vast majority of respondents (89%) believe that construction activity will remain at the same level or increase, and the number of orders will be sufficient or even excessive.
Property in Luxembourg in Q4 2013 was worth €4,625 per sq.m (€5,408 in the primary and €4,230 in the secondary market). Average price of square meter for the full year amounted to €4,559.
