About the project
The project is being developed in the promising settlement of Didžių Gulbinai, near the Verkiai Regional Park, Green Lakes, only 5 km to the Santariškės ring road.
The houses of the project under development are intended for those who want to live in the countryside and enjoy the silence and fresh air, but not far from the amenities of the city. Due to the strategically convenient location and well-developed infrastructure, it will be extremely easy and fast to reach Molėtai highway, the nearest shopping centers, schools and kindergartens on the asphalt road.
The settlers who have purchased a home in this project will become part of a small, safe community of neighbors. The territory of the closed village of 32 houses will be completely arranged: asphalted access to the house, lawn, trees, paved pavements, common recreation area and children's playground, lighting of the village.
