Businessman Roman has bought a flat in Lithuania - and not because his company is located there, but because Lithuania itself is halfway between Russia and Europe: during a business trip abroad Roman can make a halt and have a rest.

Location: Lithuania, town of Visaginas at the eastern border of the European Union (with Belarus). 150 km to Vilnius and 50 km to Daugavpils in neighboring Latvia. Building: nine storey complex built presumably in the late 1980s. Property: a studio apartment converted from one-room apartment.
