About the project
In the place where the “Monrepo” style manor once stood, we have built a noble house in Teika district, which, with its remote but accessible location, allows you to spin a real haven of peace on the turbulent wheel of the city. Your new home will be in a quiet alley, but let the silence not be confusing because once you leave the closed area, you will need only a few steps to merge with the rhythm and possibilities of the capital.
The project has been designed according to the best traditions for this district and blends in with the area. The building’s facade is made up of a granite plaster finish.
The four-story building houses 13 apartments. Apartments with two, three and four rooms are located on the first three floors. Each apartment is different and can be adjusted to individual wishes for apartment decoration. One apartment is located on the entire top floor of the building with a total area of 121.5 m2 which will allow you to breathe in and enjoy the spaciousness.
Fans of fresh air and expanse will be delighted by the large windows, balcony, and 3-meter-high ceilings, which are a rather atypical size for the new projects. The building is connected to city communications.
There is a parking space for each apartment, as well as bicycle and pram storage inside the building. In order to protect the privacy of the residents, the area is surrounded by a substantial hedge fence. A well-thought-out and harmonious green area has been created around the building.
