Description
On the territory of Kemeri National Park, a plot of land with a modern project is proposed for the construction of a new rehabilitation center.
This is an excellent land plot for the implementation of the idea of a place where opportunities for health improvement, comfortable living, work, rest and entertainment are combined. At a distance of only 600 m is the coast of the Gulf of Riga, in the vicinity there is an ecological forest, meadows, Slokas and Melnezers lakes. There are public transport stops nearby. It will be possible to get from the center of Riga to the planned rehabilitation center by car within an hour, from Dzintari by public transport - in 40 minutes.
The total area of the aforementioned site after the merger will be equal to 83,576 m2, of which approximately 30-35%, i.e. 10,800 m2, are planned for development: 7200 m2 - streets and roads, 5300 m2 - access roads and parking lots, 2400 m2 - sports and playgrounds, 2300 m2 - walking paths and paths.
For the construction of medical and rehabilitation institutions, shopping and service establishments, camping, sports buildings and recreation centers, 60% of the total building area is provided: 25% - for tourist dwellings and campgrounds, 10% - for a hotel and a sanatorium, 5% - for SPA, sports buildings, shopping and service establishments.
40% of the total building area is planned to be used for the construction of seasonal apartments, residential buildings and apartments for service personnel.
