For the first time in Eastern Europe, the concept of Smart City has been applied - the next step of the already familiar system of premium-class residential premises. This system provides for centralized and at the same time absolutely individualized control of heating, security, electricity, air conditioning and air purification systems. The project implemented unique architectural and design solutions.
The architect of the project is the master of Latvian architecture - Andis Silis. Construction company - Skonto Būve.
KADO KARIM is located in the prestigious district of Jurmala, in Dzintari, two minutes walk from the sea. The complex consists of three 3-storey functionally united residential buildings, which are made in the same architectural style. The project consists of 14 apartments and 7 duplex penthouses ranging from 200 to 430 sq.m.
