This small natural stone house is located in the outskirts of a small village named Vagliagli. In the small village are situated two trattorias, a bar and a few shops. Siena is about 12 km away, Florence 45 km. Built into the hillside, this little house built with natural stones has a gross surface of about 1,345 sq. ft. and consists of two storeys. The house has been renovated in a very accurate way about 15 years ago using, for example, handmade terracotta tiles. The open wood beam construction consists of chestnut wood. On the ground floor is the bright and high living-dining area with an open fireplace kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The impressive south-facing terrace is made of wood and is situated in front of the living room. From here you have a view over the breathtaking Chianti hills. In the basement there is a further and separate sleeping area with a separate bathroom. This area is ideal for guests. From this area you can enter directly into the garden. The approximately 21,530 sq. ft. hillside garden is also aligned to the south. A private pool project can been built and the necessary permissions have been approved by the local authorities.
