Description

Siena: Gogeous estate located in the green hills of Siena in a panoramic
position. The property is a village of medieval origin situated about 16 km
from Siena, consists of a main villa with its private chapel and rectory and
seven other houses, for a total of about 4600 sqm.
Some of the houses were divided into apartments and are currently being used
as a touristic accomodation. All surrounded by 310 ha of land. The
properties that are close to the main fortified villa consist partly of
warehouses, houses for agricultural use and the winery.

Buildings: The house of medieval origin is on three levels with a total area
of 462 sqm. Church and rectory covering a total area of 307 sqm, which are
also classified as historic buildings by the Department of Architectural
Heritage. The former priest house has been transformed into a renovated
apartment. On the floor below the apartments we will find an office, a wine
cellar, technical rooms and water deposits. The wine cellar with tasting
room are spread over 577 sqm. In front of the villa is a house of 145 sqm
used as a caretaker's accommodation.

Other buildings:

Building 1: 85 sqm used as a warehouse for bottled wine. On the first floor
there is an apartment of 40 sqm, fully renovated in 2006.

Building 2: Farmhouse of 480 sqm. On the ground floor there is warehouse, on
the first floor we find an apartment of 150 sqm.

Building 3: 250 sq.m. used as olive pro. Most other building of 230 square
meters for warehouses

Building 4: Farmhouse of 430 sqm. On the ground floor there are warehouses
and technical rooms. On the first floor we find apartments renovated in
2006.

Shed of 170 sqm used as garage.

Buidling 5: restored farmhouse of 180 sqm, surrounded by vineyards.

Building 6: House of approx. 600 sqm. To be completely renovated.

Exterior wall tower of 40 sqm to be renovated.

Other agricultural warehouses for a total of 700 sqm.

Land: The company has 310 ha of land, of which 12.77 ha of vineyards in
production, 3.31 ha of vineyard removed but possible to replant, olive grove
of 7.35 ha (approximately 2000 plants), arable land for 45 ha, 210 ha of
woods. It has about 20 ha of other surfaces of land not to be cultivated,
orchards, land pertaining to buildings and service roads. Much of the
company land is also a hunting reserve.
