Siena, Tuscany - Siena:

Facing the green hills around Siena, this is a medieval hamlet placed on a hilly and panoramic position 16 km away from Siena and one hour from the airport of Florence.

The property is composed of a main villa with private chapel and canonica as well as seven additional farmhouses completing the village, for a total surface of 4677 square metres.

Casale Senese  (480 square metres)
This property on two floors with related annexes has a total surface of 480 square metres.

Casa Lamberta  (229 square metres)
This building on three floors, it is composed as follows:
Lower ground floor: warehouse, cellar and doghouse.
Ground floor: agricultural warehouse.
First floor: to be connected to the ground floor with a staircase (existing project).

Torre (40 square metres)
Ruin of 40 square metres adjacent to the external medieval walls.

Casale rustico (182 square metres)
Surrounded by vineyards and completely restored in 2005, this farmhouse has a total surface of 182 square metres.

Warehouse and garage (710 square metres)
The agricultural warehouses have a total surface of 710 square metres. One of these is currently used as a drying barn for grapes and another one as herb-medicine room. In the vicinity, there is a warehouse currently used as a garage and storage for tools.
In the adjacent area there is a pool of 5 x 10 m over the ground.

Podere (600 square metres)
At 1500 m from the central part of the estate, there is a ruin with a total surface is 600 square metres.

7,35 hectares of olive grove (2000 plants approximately)
Olive grove between 50 and 60 years included those built up by stumps planted after 1985 (2,60 Ha = approximately 400 plants)
Olive grove planted in 1988/1989 with implantation of 6m x 6m  (3,40 Ha = approximately 950 plants).
Olive grove  planted in 1999/2000 with implantation of 6m x 3m (1,35 Ha = approximately 750 plants).
Varieties : Leccino (60%) and Frantoio (40%).

49 hectares of agricultural land
These lands are currently cultivated with durum wheat, healing herb and Set Aside.

225 hectares of woodland with ten-year cutting plan .

5 hectares approximately of not cultivated land, domestic vegetable orchard, surface of the buildings and local roads

Private hunting reserve
The property includes also a participation share of 260 hectares, where it is possible to hunt pheasants, deers, wild boars and hares.
