The farm is located near the town of Montepulciano and it is sold ‘closed gates’, meaning with all its inventory and remaing products. The property consists of 50 ha of land all in one body, divided as follows: 27 ha of vineyards, 3 ha prepared and ready for the new planting, 4 ha of olive grove, 5 ha of arable land with possible convertion to vineyards and 11 ha of service areas.
The vineyards are between 4 and 25 years of age. There are several types of vineyards: 17 ha Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, 1,5 ha of Chianti Colli Senesi, 3,5 ha of Rosso di Montepulciano, 3,5 ha of Rosso IGT, 1,5 ha of Bianco IGT. The total production amounts to 200,000 bottles, including 130,000 bottles of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, as well its derivatives, such as grappa, etc.
Buildings: house of 320 sqm with 6000 sqm of parkland located far from the farm centre, the winery developing on the area of 450 sqm, nearby we find the farm building for grapes processing of 280 sqm, on the upper floor of the house there is an apartment of 180 sqm used for a guard and as company office, tasting room, wine shop and enoteca of approx. 100 sqm in phase of restoration, another apartment of 85 sqm is being restored next to the tasting area. In the same area of the company office centre we find a warehouse for tool shed and machinery storage.
The farm is adopting a new development plan in order to double wine production in terms of processing and aging. The company has a comprehensive and effective range of machinery and equipment for the various stages of processing in the cellar and land.
