This Chalet is an old, completely restored farmhouse in Alta Badia, one of the most famous and beautiful international ski resorts (mountains of the Dolomites, over 500 km of interconnected slopes).
The property is in the mountains, just 400 m from the new lift to the ski slopes. Within a few minutes drive to the tourist town of Corvara in Badia (3 km), a half - hour to Brunico (30 km) - the biggest city in the Shaft of Badie.
The administrative centre of Bolzano is 65 km (about one hour), Trento and Innsbruck are respectively 125 km and 130 km (less than 2 hours drive).

Description of buildings
Property after renovation retained all the architectural features of houses in South Tyrol that agricultural buildings have been converted for residential homes or hotels. Near the main house there is a former hayloft converted into a residential building.
A former hayloft
This building was rebuilt into a spacious, three-level, a master apartment with an area of 274 sq. m.
