The house is situated in Costa Paradiso, a locality in the municipality of Trinità d'Agultu (the North West coast of Sardinia), and sits within a residential area of 10 private houses. The main building is a three-room apartment consisting of double bedroom with en suite, double bedroom, second bathroom and living area. The kitchen is completely equipped, including large fridge/freezer and oven. In the living area there is a double sofa-bed. On the veranda, offering a sea view, there is a solarium corner with deck chair and couch, and a table with seats (with this view you can't eat in the kitchen!), while the rear veranda has an external shower and barbecue. Included in the property and adjacent to the building there is a studio apartment which is part of the dwelling, with independent entrance, equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower and sofa-bed, and small terrace for eating outside. Animals are allowed.Within the community there are three shopping centres with supermarket, pharmacy, medical guard, bars and restaurants, a few shops and a scuba diving centre. The beach of Li Cossi can be reached via a convenient and pleasant walk, and the beaches of Porto Leccio and Tinnari via boat service.
