The Facebook founder never was known for the addiction to luxury real estate - Mark Zuckerberg lived in rented apartments. Only in 2011 it became known that the youngest at that moment time billionaire bought the house in California for $7 million.

The real estate agency, who worked with Mark, admitted that they were negotiating with him for 3 months. However, in the end, he "succumbed" and accepted the deal.
