A Spanish and a Russian are fighting for Berlusconi's villa, where he played "bunga-bunga"

Spanish businessman offered the former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi about €400 million for his villa Certosa in Porto Rotondo on the island of Sardinia, which hosted lavish parties with an artificial volcano. However, the deal could be derailed by an influential businessman from Russia, according to the portal ee24.com referring to the Corriere della sera and the Spanish edition of ABC.

The mysterious informant said that very wealthy and powerful family from Madrid is ready to deal. It remains only to specify the final sum which is likely to be around € 380-400 million, however, Berlusconi's office refused to acknowledge the existence of negotiations. Reporters only managed to get a comment that the rumors about selling the mansion don't have any basis.

According to others, a real estate agency Idra immobiliare Spa, which belongs to a holding company Fininvest, owned by the Berlusconi family, and is the nominal owner of Villa Certosa, has signed a preliminary agreement with citizens of Russian Federation, presumably representatives of a large financial group from St. Petersburg, close to Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to the publication, the sum of the transaction is amounted to €480 million, but the application process is at an intermediate stage.

By the way, a few years ago information about the sale of this villa in Sardinia has already appeared in the media. Then Berlusconi allegedly was willing to part with the estate, bought in 1988 for €450 million.

Villa Certosa (Villa Certosa) is one of the most luxurious houses owned by Berlusconi. Detached house of 3500 sq ft stands on the banks of two lakes, includes a spa, a soccer field and an amphitheater in the ancient Roman style. The territory of the estate is 130 hectares. But even this luxury was not enough for Berlusconi, and in 2006 he established an artificial volcano here. The neighbors were so frightened with the eruption of the volcano that even called the firefighters.

Fact. Berlusconi invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to his villa in Sardinia in 2003 and 2008. According to media reports, in the absence of Putin Italian Prime Minister arranged partys with hookers here, playing "bunga-bunga" with them. The newspapers often published pictures of nude men and women frolicking in the pools or on the lawns of Certosa. Berlusconi has always maintained that he was not involved in this.
