Italians do not want to pay the mortgage

An average Italian wants to have his own home and stop paying mortgages, that is his biggest dream (this is the answer of 71% of the inhabitants of the peninsula), according to ee24.com citing idealista.it. The reason that the main desire of the Italians is to get rid of the mortgage is certainly a crisis.

The survey was conducted in the municipality of San Lorenzo in southern Italy. 1,200 "ordinary" people, and about 50 experts - psychologists, psychotherapists and social scientists - were interviewed.

70% of psychologists openly spoke of "flattening" of the ability to dream as a symptom of depression and the emergence of a significant number of difficulties in life. Research shows that 45% of Italians have practically ceased to dream of something beautiful, about the performance of high expectations, while 39% of respondents only wish to have some specific things.

So, in the first place is the desire to own their own home, and (or) finally get rid of the mortgage (71%). And no wonder: ee24.com wrote that the mortgages in Italy were the most expensive in Europe. The next most common desire of Italians is to have a brand new car (64%) and admission to a decent job (59%). Big hopes are not of success in their own labor, but of the chance: 55% of respondents hope to win the lottery and become rich. Finally, 51% of Italians dream of fame and only 47% — of love.
