Description
In central Italy, in the Marche Region, not far from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and from the city of Ascoli Piceno, for sale magnificent productive agricultural estate, of 14.6107 hectares, specialized in the production of high quality wines, typical of Made in Italy. The agricultural environment is characterized by hilly fertile soils, kept mainly as vineyards, which also allow a tourist use encouraged by the quality of the surrounding landscape.
