Thanks to the numerous windows, the rooms are flooded with sunlight. The garage is connected to the main building; from here you can enter a small, internal terrace.

The villa is located on the Via Riva Bianca, which is well-known for its white pebble beach and the view of Bellagio.
The picturesque municipality Varenna is exactly in the middle of Lake Como's eastern shore, opposite of Menaggio and Bellagio.
Varenna is often called the most picturesque and charming place on the lake's shore. Part of its attractiveness is due to the nestled centre and the southern flair of the promenade. An impressive landing stage right by the lake brings you to a couple of bars and cafés. Every so often, the pedestrian areas offer a view of the lake. Like most municipalities here, Varenna has a jetty. All year around, Como's shipping company will pick you up from here and bring you to the other picturesque towns and sites around the lake.
Lecco is the nearest bigger city. It's only 21 km away, 26 minutes by car. Como itself is 51 km away.
The Lombardic metropolis Milan with its international airports Malpensa and Linate is 84 km away (1.5 hours by car). Lugano – with its regional airport – in Switzerland can be reached in 1 hour and 45 minutes (89 km). Lovers of winter sports can drive to the famous St. Moritz (Switzerland), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Italy) in 2 to 3 hours.
Whilst the lake provides a plethora of possibilities for those who enjoy water sports, the back-country invites you to walk and wander, to trek and ride your bike or mountain bike.
