The access doors of each house have locks with a unique key but all can be opened by a master passe-partout key.

Dry and ventilated, Statale di Ne is located in a strategic position, half an hour's drive from the beautiful beaches of Chiavari and Lavagna, 20 km from the highway, about 40 km from Portofino and 50 km from Genoa.
It can be reached by a beautiful quiet road through the green; on both sides of the village there are large free parking spaces and a loading / unloading area is available in the center. The whole village is a pedestrian area and therefore safe for animals and children.

Nearby are the mines of Gambatesa, the source of the Santa Rita mineral water, forests for the collection of mushrooms, meadows, the villages of Cassagna, Nascio, Arzeno, Reppia and the Biscia pass leading to Varese Ligure.
