Wine Estate
The estate is located in Lazio region not far away from the ancient city of Nepi 10 km away from the seaside which originally belonged to Etrurians, then to Romans and for a long time it was being chosen as the residence of the Popes.
The estate is situated close to the unique regional park of Valle di Treja which was founded in in 1982. It has the area of about 800 ha and is situated in Treja river-valley, in feeder of Tiber, on the Rome and Viterbo provinces border.
The origin and geologic structure of Valle di Treja is connected with the activity of the Vicano and Sabadino volcanos that created the local landscape.

The area where the Estate is located is under the environment preservation and landscape restriction regime. Mainly hilly area favored the grow of the forests which currently remained only in rapid gorges, the othe part of the area is a cultivated.
The low temperature in the winter and the high one in the summer is observed, a high temperature range during the year. The territory of the wine estate is under the Protected Geographical Indication of Lazio category.
The wine estate spreads over the area of 30 ha of the fertile land, 400 meters above the sea level, where the mild climate dominates.
The first vinery was planted in the early 80th as an experiment and the winemaking project is the process so far. At the moment about 18 ha is planted.

For the last 5 years a famous oenologist has being working on the high technologies implementation for the high-quality wine production throughout all phases – from grape harvesting to bottling. There is its own private label.

The constructions occupy the area of 1 000 m2. There is a rural tourism residential house, offices, wine-tasting area and warehouse. The wine cellar holds 1699 hl (1600 hl is kept in the steel containers and 99 hl in French wood pipes and barriques).
