The Palace was built in 1542 by a famous architect who was as well the author of the project of Farnese Palace and the assistant of Rafael for the construction of Saint Peter`s Cathedral. The palace is one of rare examples of edifice that was built by an architect for himself and not for an order and he devoted the last years of his life for the construction of “the ideal palace”. The palace belonged to famous noble families until 2015.
The first floor with the area of 2015 m2 with a splendid terrace of 275 m2 and 4 balconies, a marvelous garden of 700 m2 with a pavilion and a fountain is for sale.
The first floor consists of 12 glorious halls with marble statues, decorated ceilings, stained-glass windows, and wall-painting in fresco. Also on this floor there is a not-decorated hall, service hall, kitchen and service rooms, (6 rooms with a bathroom).
In the second wing of the first floor there is a separate apartment which consists of 4 rooms, bathroom and kitchen.
A long wonderful corridor passes through the whole noble floor allowing to enter different rooms avoiding the main halls at the same moment. Folding doors lead from the corridor to the service rooms, wardrobe,
studies, bathrooms, and to the chapel with wall-paintings in fresco.
