Description
In a small panoramic and peaceful village: we propose a stone built farmstead, independant and built on three level of 70 m² each and with 1.000m² of land/garden all around it. The Gorro village is at 700 m OSL in Emilia Romagna in the province of Parma, at 30 km from Tuscany. It is composed of about 20 houses, most of which inhabited only at times. The nearest town in which to go shopping is Borgotaro 12 km away, whilst it is easy to get to from the A15 toll booth of Borgotaro that is only 10 minutes away. In summer the climate is always mild and ventilated. The total absence of humidity and fog in winter makes the climate pleasurable in every season. Activities present in the area include sports centre like a swimming pool, horse riding, a Karate gym, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, campings, a basketball stadium, sport fishing lakes, canoeing, hunting, hang-gliding, football fields, a pub with live music.
The house is composed of three floors of about 70 m² each. The ground floor has a living room with a firplace, a kitchen with a wood burning oven, a cellar that is perfect for keeping wine and curing meats, a wood shed and a boiler room. The first floor has two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor is an attic with a panoramic terrace, a large living room and a bathroom. The village is at 150 km from Milan, 80 km from the sea (at La Spezia), 200 km from Florence, 130 km from Pisa and 150 km from Bologna.
