The apartment consists of: living room with kitchenette, bedroom, small bedroom (children's), toilet. There are 2 balconies. Exit to the balconies from all rooms and on different sides of the world, so the apartment is well ventilated in the summer heat. One balcony conveniently goes to the north side, it is very comfortable even in extreme heat. The second balcony faces west. It is good here in September and October, when the sun becomes affectionate.
The apartment has a special terrace. On the terrace you can have breakfast in the fresh air with beautiful views of the sea and mountains in the blue haze, organize dinners with a barbecue, admiring the colorful sunsets, use the terrace as your own solarium (you can shower there) and finally you can sleep under the starry sky, watching a starfall, escaping from the stuffy rooms in August.

The house is very conveniently located in the central part of the city, near the railway station. The place is unique because being in the center, it is not overloaded by holidaymakers during the high season and does not become "deaf" in the low season, because local residents live in nearby houses and in the house itself.
