The apartment left has instead a living room with high wooden ceiling which allows a useful attic, then a nice bathroom with shower and a flashy bedroom. The main door at the terrace leads to a wide corridor that ends with a metal and wood ladder leading to the second floor. This floor has two further bedrooms with bathrooms and above all windows (two balconies) that offer spectacular views of the surrounding area. The property includes two log cabins useful as sheds, garages tools, etc. ... and an oven / grill just in front of the kitchen on the ground floor.
The villa was used until 2013, it is in excellent condition with all systems connected to networks and only needs to reset and restart, making it soon habitable. The roof is new in laminated wood beams, with insulation and ventilation, roof tiles with traditional chimneys of pleasant style. The floors are in beautiful rustic pottery. The window frames are wood with double insulated glass; the internal frames are also wood, often made up of antique doors restored.
