Three storey villa structure (200 sqm) to be completed with land of about 4,200 sqm at 800 m. asl, in an extraordinary position overlooking the Pescara valley until the Adriatic Sea; it is only a few kilometers from the town of Corvara and near a tourist attraction area. The artifact was built in 2007 according to the most advanced standards in the field of residential construction, concrete and laminated wood roof with exposed beams. The house is situated on a slope with an entrance directly to the highest level, while the lower basement level is accessible by internal staircase and the even lower level through internal scale or external convenient side ramp. The upper floor has two large bedrooms with exposed roof and windows prepared for panoramic balconies, follows a bathroom with wooden dormer. The lower floor features a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, a second bathroom and a third bedroom; from the living room you can go out on a large porch, covered with a pitched roof, which is a sort of terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular view. The lower level has three large rooms with windows (cellar, basement room, ....?) and a garage built externally with respect to the structure, the roof of which is thinkable as a further terrace.
The wooden roof of the house is equipped with insulation and waterproofing covered by traditional tiles. You must be made plaster, floors and equipment; to place all the fixtures. Ready the connection to the water and electricity networks, the heating system can be LPG gas, electric or fireplace and wood or pellets stoves.

The land consists of a large area in front of the facade of the house, gradually sloping towards the valley and an area surrounding the upper part of the building, also useful as a parking area; the downstream sector is predominantly grassy but also has many young fruit trees. Conceivable the possibility of creation of a pool.
Corvara is a town of about 260 inhabitants at 625 m s.l.m. in Pescara province, which is about 50 km. The old village consists mainly of stone houses "pagliare" built on rock, after being almost totally abandoned in the last century, has been recovered recently and also developed being in the territory next to the Gran Sasso National Park. Currently the majority of inhabitants live in the new town in the valley with the town hall and several Districts. In the area there is some restaurant and farm. There are bus connections with neighboring Centers, the highway and the train station are about 15 km (Torre dei Passeri), the city of Pescara with the airport and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea is at 50 km.
