Just as Howth Village comes into view, a stunning new residential site, which carefully compliments and blends into its surroundings, will soon come to life.

Claremont will offer the opportunity to extend the Green Belt, further integrating the development with Howth Village, linking to Baltray Park to the west. A public walkway and cycleway will also be created along the northern boundary of the site, above the level of the railway, providing stunning unobstructed sea views.
Claremont is prominently located between Howth Road and Claremont Strand.
It’s a five-minute walk to the ever-popular Howth Village and enjoys everything that entails: walks along the pier, the freshest seafood and the best sea views.
The DART station can be reached in less than 5 minutes and there is a Dublin Bus stop outside the property, both providing easy access to the city centre, surrounding suburbs, South Dublin and Wicklow.
